Our favorite technique to use is the FAST Technique, which stands for FAscial Strain Therapy. It is designed to treat the epimysial layer of fascia, which has been scientifically proven to hold most of our pain, and the intramuscular fascia which sometimes "glues" us together keeping us from using proper range of motion.
